We Launched Our AI Solutions Suite

We changed our website a little bit. As AI continues to grow, we decided to embrace the change, and conduct a small rebranding to reflect this. We are shifting our focus towards providing an AI Solutions Suite, codenamed Kyln.

The Netherlands attracted $2.5bn in tech investments in 2024 alone—a 39% surge from the previous year¹. The country is positioning itself as Europe's AI epicenter, and we wanted to be part of this movement, not just observers. Amsterdam's tech ecosystem is thriving, and we saw an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to that growth.

The transition wasn't sudden. Many of our developers had been working with AI tools for years already.

What changed was the rapid advancement of AI capabilities and the growing demand from our clients who wanted to understand how these technologies could benefit their businesses.

We realized AI wouldn't just enhance our development processes, it would fundamentally expand what we could deliver. Tools like Co-pilot, Cursor and Windsurf were starting to produce viable code. We stopped laughing at the output and starting focusing on better prompting techniques.

For the past two years, we've been deeply invested in AI research, testing, and team training. This wasn't about chasing trends but about building genuine expertise. We gathered our best talent to conduct proper R&D, ran extensive experiments, and invested significant time understanding how to implement AI solutions responsibly and effectively.

We had the opportunity to conduct our own experiments to confirm the wild performance gains the internet was all on about. Funny enough, its true. Our first experiment was about modernising code:

We refactored a 13 year old legacy
code base in 1/3 of the time.

To be precise, PHP stack, with years of workarounds and quick fixes. Developer onboarding counted in months not days. We had to rewrite a standalone module with the help of AI, while a dev from the clients team, that worked on this module, tried to do the rewrite himself.

The results shocked us and the client. 63% faster development, with feature parity, full test coverage and documentation. Since then we've perfected our AI framework - TaskForge
